Free of Code - Website Builder

  • What is Free Code, and how much does it cost?

    Without Code is an online website creation system. It allows you to build professional sites quickly, without writing any code. We've built Without Code on top of an established website creation tool, and heavily customized it through extensive widgets, plugins, themes and other integrations to make it even more powerful.



    Free  Code is free to try, and you are only required to pay for your site when you publish it live to our hosting servers. Prices for publishing sites can be found here , and are billed on a per site basis.

  • Can I host my site on my own server?

    No, exporting your site to host on another server is not currently possible. Freeof  Code websites require a very specific hosting setup to integrate our powerful features and SEO opitmization. All sites currently created in Without Code must be hosted on our hosting platform.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All monthly hosting purchases can be refunded within seven days. After this period, no refunds will be issued.


    All annual hosting purchases are final. Once annual hosting is purchased, subscription plans associated with the site cannot be changed until the hosting expiry date.


  • Do I need to start with a template?

    No. When creating a new site in Free of Code, you can select either a pre-designed template or a blank site. Blank sites only contain a basic header / footer.


    You can reset your website and select a new template from within the Sites Dashboard. Please note that all content and settings will be lost when a site is reset.

  • Can I link my existing domain to Free of Code?

    Any domain, no matter where purchased, can be linked up to a Without Code hosted website. By adding A and CNAME records to your domain DNS file, your domain can be immediately pointed to our servers. This is a simple modification that’s available with all domain providers.

  • Can I buy a large block of hosted sites at a discounted price?

    Yes. For high volume users requiring many sites, we can offer package pricing that includes a set number of hosted sites. The package is billed annually in one single payment. Please note any pre-purchased sites that go unused are non-refundable.

  • Do you offer domain purchasing and email hosting?

    Domain purchasing and email hosting are  currently available through Durrdomain

  • Can I host my site on my own server?

  • What does your hosting include?

    Our Worry-Free Hosting is built on the Amazon Cloud, with 99.99% uptime, enterprise grade security, free SSL certificates and a global CDN. No ongoing maintenance is required.  

  • What’s the best way to learn Free of Code?

    Get up to speed quickly by watching our Quick Start tutorial series or reviewing a selection of training videos here.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Paid memberships and website hosting can be purchased using all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • How many sites can I build and publish?

    Free accounts are limited to a maximum of 3 hosted websites. There are no limits on the number of sites you can publish on Pro and Enterprise plans. 

  • Do your templates include images?

    Yes. Our themes use royalty free stock images. Without Code also has a built-in stock photo library, pulling images from free-to-use sources, such as Unsplash.


  • Can I download your templates for other platforms?

    No. Themes and sites built in Architect are only compatible on our platform, and cannot be used for other systems such as WordPress.


    Plugins, widgets and websites created for other platforms (such as Adobe Muse) can not be imported into Free of Code.
